“Amber and Greg are absolutely amazing!! It was everything I’d dreamed and more! She took my very difficult to put in words idea and created my dream wedding! She talked me down when I was stressing too much. Lol! She connected me with some amazing vendors. The venue itself was beautifully designed I so that my husband and I didn’t see each other until I walked down the aisle. The guys had a blast playing Cornhole and watching football in their suite. Us girls were able to have the bridal suite for the entire day to get ready. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready. There was ample room and counter space for the hair and make-up and the lighting was amazing!! We were able to show the Ohio State game and the ball drop on the projector screen. It was the best day ever! I would recommend the venue and Amber and Greg 100 times over anywhere and anyone else!”
“When I walked in I just looked and was like WOW! Everything just looked perfect! I couldn’t even believe that was my wedding day and just saw how she was paying attention to every little detail! Detail for her matters! I loved that they literally set everything up for us, and I didn’t have to worry about one thing! I literally just walked in knowing that we didn’t have to do one thing! Amber took care of everything. The family just all left too after the wedding was done. It was just amazing how we just got to enjoy the day. No stress at all, no worries.”
We first toured Gracefully Adorned in April 2024 and immediately fell in love with the venue. We decided to book the all-inclusive package for our September 2025 wedding, which included the decor, DJ, and bar service.
Amber was a great resource when it came to planning and solidifying the day-of timeline. She and her husband, Greg, are extremely detail-oriented (like my husband & I), so we really valued that.
I got married on May 3rd and it was absolutely amazing! Amber, Greg, Sherry and the rest of the team made my day so special and one I will never forget 🙂 I want to cry typing this lol. People who attended are still talking about how beautiful everything was and the food was to die for!! Sherry did an amazing job with the Charcuterie board for cocktail hour. Yes people are still talking about the it! Amber and Sherry took our ideas and made it come to life. The centerpieces and displays they created was everything I wanted and then some 🙂 The Arch and the chair decorations was chefs kiss. They were so easy to work with and listened to every concern and worry I had. Amber as my day of coordinator the day went off without a hitch! If there was one I don’t know about it lol. She made sure we were on time and the flow of the day went so smoothly. Aaron from Cosmic Sound listened to what we wanted and pulled it off beautifully. He was absolutely spectacular and I absolutely would use him again. I cannot recommend Gracefully Adorned enough. Thank you all for making our day so special

I only gave five stars because that was the limit. I would give a million if I could. I was married here recently and it was an absolute wonderful experience. They took care of everything and made our day feel truly special. The decor was beautiful and captured the exact essence we were trying to create. “My husband and I worked with Amber to help organize and coordinate our second wedding. We were a Covid couple and had to postpone for a year. Trying to resume wedding planning a year later was so stressful, but Amber was wonderful through the whole process. She helped us book last minute vendors, communicated with our venue, took care of our centerpieces, backdrop setup and tear down and other pesky little wedding details. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the decorations, centerpieces and the backdrop were. Sooo many people wanted to take a picture with our backdrop and our flower wall. There was actually a line for it ☺️ And of course day of, one of my bridesmaids dresses didn’t fit! Amber and her husband helped her get a new dress (you couldn’t even tell that it wasn’t the original) and helped her when her car broke down! Sure, you can do a wedding without a wedding planner, but you don’t get this day again. You don’t need to be the one worrying about corsages falling apart, chair arrangements, when the cakes arriving and everything that goes on during that day. Things would have been very different and stressful without Amber. I’m so glad we made the choice to go with Amber and Greg and I know you wouldn’t regret it either! A: Yes, you can book in advance. We are currently accepting bookings for 2025 and 2026.
Q: Can your venue accommodate large events?
A: Our spacious 6,300 square feet venue can comfortably host up to 120 guests, making it perfect for large events.
Q: Do you provide dѐcor services?
A: Yes, we offer custom dѐcor packages tailored to your needs, using our extensive inventory of trending and one-of-a-kind dѐcor items. You can be as involved in the design process as you wish.
Q: Are setup and teardown services included?
A: While our basic venue rental does not cover setup and teardown services, we offer clients the flexibility to include these additional services as part of a customized package, ensuring a seamless and stress-free celebration.
Q. Do you have WIFI?
A: For your convenience and optimal connectivity experience, we have dual Wi-Fi options available. One for your attendees to connect and the other as a dedicated connection for livestreaming during the meeting. The secondary satellite connection is also available in the instance the primary line might be unavailable.
