I got married on May 3rd and it was absolutely amazing! Amber, Greg, Sherry and the rest of the team made my day so special and one I will never forget 🙂 I want to cry typing this lol. People who attended are still talking about how beautiful everything was and the food was to die for!! Sherry did an amazing job with the Charcuterie board for cocktail hour. Yes people are still talking about the it! Amber and Sherry took our ideas and made it come to life. The centerpieces and displays they created was everything I wanted and then some 🙂 The Arch and the chair decorations was chefs kiss. They were so easy to work with and listened to every concern and worry I had. Amber as my day of coordinator the day went off without a hitch! If there was one I don’t know about it lol. She made sure we were on time and the flow of the day went so smoothly. Aaron from Cosmic Sound listened to what we wanted and pulled it off beautifully. He was absolutely spectacular and I absolutely would use him again. I cannot recommend Gracefully Adorned enough. Thank you all for making our day so special
Ian and I would love to share our story and experience with Gracefully Adorned Events Venue, Amber and Greg created a magical space for my friends and family. Any time I had a question, they had an answer promptly. The day of went perfectly!
Albany Conference Center was great to work with. Communicaiton was great and set up was great. The space was perfect for our event for about 120 people. I would highly recommend their venue to anyone.
“Amber and Greg are absolutely amazing!! It was everything I’d dreamed and more! She took my very difficult to put in words idea and created my dream wedding! She talked me down when I was stressing too much. Lol! She connected me with some amazing vendors. The venue itself was beautifully designed I so that my husband and I didn’t see each other until I walked down the aisle. The guys had a blast playing Cornhole and watching football in their suite. Us girls were able to have the bridal suite for the entire day to get ready. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready. There was ample room and counter space for the hair and make-up and the lighting was amazing!! We were able to show the Ohio State game and the ball drop on the projector screen. It was the best day ever! I would recommend the venue and Amber and Greg 100 times over anywhere and anyone else!”
“When I walked in I just looked and was like WOW! Everything just looked perfect! I couldn’t even believe that was my wedding day and just saw how she was paying attention to every little detail! Detail for her matters! I loved that they literally set everything up for us, and I didn’t have to worry about one thing! I literally just walked in knowing that we didn’t have to do one thing! Amber took care of everything. The family just all left too after the wedding was done. It was just amazing how we just got to enjoy the day. No stress at all, no worries.”
“Everything just ran so smoothly. It was really amazing that Amber got to be our mother that ran around FOR our mothers, and anything that even kind of started going out of place obviously because our family gets a little too excited during weddings-and they do not go according to the schedule whatsoever! But that’s what I love is that Amber was able to actually work around with our chaotic, crazy family! Things seemed almost seamless because everything just flowed so well. They focused on every little detail which I loved because especially coming from a different culture, we have so many of our own traditions! She was able to incorporate some of the traditions that we had in our culture as well as the new ones.”
We first toured Gracefully Adorned in April 2024 and immediately fell in love with the venue. We decided to book the all-inclusive package for our September 2025 wedding, which included the decor, DJ, and bar service.
Amber was a great resource when it came to planning and solidifying the day-of timeline. She and her husband, Greg, are extremely detail-oriented (like my husband & I), so we really valued that.
