Fundraiser Event Venue in Columbus

Ian and I would love to share our story and experience with Gracefully Adorned Events Venue, Amber and Greg created a magical space for my friends and family. Any time I had a question, they had an answer promptly. The day of went perfectly!

Albany Conference Center was great to work with.  Communicaiton was great and set up was great.  The space was perfect for our event for about 120 people.  I would highly recommend their venue to anyone.

Gracefully Adorned is by far the best venue in the Columbus area. My now husband and I were looking for a venue for two years and its was hard. We found this venue at first for our baby shower and they have done so amazing. From the decor to their personalities it has been amazing . We decided on this for our wedding venue as well and the delivery was nothing short of magical. Amber, Greg, and Sherry were all such a pleasure to work with. The Ideas I gave they took and made it 100x better. The catered food was good. Nothing was nasty and even had some to go for my husband and I. There cake is also amazing very lite and airy perfect for all guest at the wedding. And the best part is they provide it for you . We had a micro wedding package and we were able to customize it to our liking and they all were always on call and responded quickly whenever I would call or Text. They have the sweetest spirits about them. I was also able to do memorial chair for my mother that was decorated beautifully. They were very professional and organized and made my proses so much lore easier. They even included the secret gift my husband wanted to do the morning of our wedding. We will definitely be back for all future baby showers, parties, and wedding referrals ! Love the Gracefully Adorned Staff !!!

“My husband and I worked with Amber to help organize and coordinate our second wedding. We were a Covid couple and had to postpone for a year. Trying to resume wedding planning a year later was so stressful, but Amber was wonderful through the whole process. She helped us book last minute vendors, communicated with our venue, took care of our centerpieces, backdrop setup and tear down and other pesky little wedding details. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the decorations, centerpieces and the backdrop were. Sooo many people wanted to take a picture with our backdrop and our flower wall. There was actually a line for it ☺️ And of course day of, one of my bridesmaids dresses didn’t fit! Amber and her husband helped her get a new dress (you couldn’t even tell that it wasn’t the original) and helped her when her car broke down! Sure, you can do a wedding without a wedding planner, but you don’t get this day again. You don’t need to be the one worrying about corsages falling apart, chair arrangements, when the cakes arriving and everything that goes on during that day. Things would have been very different and stressful without Amber. I’m so glad we made the choice to go with Amber and Greg and I know you wouldn’t regret it either! I would highly recommend them for your wedding needs!”

I had scheduled an event in January. Weather prevented us from having our event on the planned day. Amber and her team were very helpful and flexible of helping us reschedule. “Amber and Greg are absolutely amazing!! It was everything I’d dreamed and more! She took my very difficult to put in words idea and created my dream wedding! She talked me down when I was stressing too much. Lol! She connected me with some amazing vendors. The venue itself was beautifully designed I so that my husband and I didn’t see each other until I walked down the aisle. The guys had a blast playing Cornhole and watching football in their suite. Us girls were able to have the bridal suite for the entire day to get ready. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready. There was ample room and counter space for the hair and make-up and the lighting was amazing!! We were able to show the Ohio State game and the ball drop on the projector screen. It was the best day ever! I would recommend the venue and Amber and Greg 100 times over anywhere and anyone else!”

I only gave five stars because that was the limit. I would give a million if I could. I was married here recently and it was an absolute wonderful experience. They took care of everything and made our day feel truly special. The decor was beautiful and captured the exact essence we were trying to create. I have been and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know that needs a venue space.
